How do I pair Norn One with two devices?
Pair the first device as usual, then hold the button for three seconds again and pair the second. Norn One switches to whichever device starts playing.
How do I reset the headphones?
Hold the button and the right cup’s touch surface together for ten seconds, until the light flashes copper.
Can I wear them in the rain?
Yes. Norn One is rated IPX4 and handles rain and sweat. Let the cushions dry before you put them in the case.
How long is the warranty?
Two years, and five years on the hinges and headband.
Where are they made?
Designed in Oslo, assembled in Portugal from aluminium recycled in Norway.
